Q: Where are your treats made?
A: All our treats are handmade with love, in small batches, in our fully licensed commercial kitchen located in Chino, CA.
Q: How long before my order ships?
A: All our treats are baked to order and our current order processing time is 5-7 business days. We dedicate baking days towards the beginning of the week so that our preservative free treats arrive to you in a timely manner and to avoid your treats sitting at the post office over the weekend. Most orders placed by Friday are baked and decorated on Sunday, and then shipped by Monday/Tuesday latest.
Q: Do you ship to PO BOXES?
A: Due to the perishable nature of our preservative free treats, we do not ship packages to PO BOXES. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
Q: What if my treats are damaged during shipping?
A: Please always contact us the moment you receive your treats and find something unsatisfactory. We want you and your furry family member(s) to be nothing but happily satisfied with your treats and will gladly credit you towards another purchase.
Q: What is the recommended storage for your treats?
A: Treats have a shelf life of up to one month with proper storage. Our treats do not contain any preservatives so refrigeration is recommended, but not required. Please store treats in a clean, cool, and dry place.
Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: Currently, you can find our cookie cart at pet events and farmer's markets within Southern California. Please see the "Events" page to find where our cookie cart is rolling to next.
